As a Monetization & Economy Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with the monetization and economy teams to understand how players interact with the game and its systems. You’ll analyze player behavior, identify opportunities to improve in-game offers, balance progression, and help design fair and engaging economies. Your insights will help shape decisions that make our games both more enjoyable and more successful.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of monetization and economy KPIs, tracking performance and identifying trends.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor player behavior, engagement, and spending.

• Provide clear, actionable insights to support product and economy design decisions.

• Analyze and balance feature and reward flows to ensure a healthy in-game economy.

• Partner with monetization, economy, and data teams to drive data-informed improvements.

• Work both independently and collaboratively to solve analytical challenges and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a data or business analyst (experience in gaming or consumer apps is a plus).

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis

• Solid understanding of business metrics and player-centric KPIs (e.g., retention, ARPU, conversion).

• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Strong communicator with the ability to turn data into clear insights and collaborate across teams.
