Your role at Hostinger

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution and reporting, and deliver insights that guide our channels. You’ll shape processes from the ground up, collaborate closely with the marketing team, and bring structure where it’s needed most.

Your day-to-day:
• Turn data into game-changing insights - partner with marketing team to solve real problems, uncover hidden opportunities and drive data-informed decisions
• Build dashboards that make an impact - create powerful visualizations that give the visibility and confidence to take action, while ensuring data integrity and validity
• Use SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data
• Challenge the status quo - improve our current analytical methods, speed up decision-making and support data-driven culture across Hostinger
• Collaborate with our top-notch Data Platform team - work closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to ensure data availability, efficient processes and successful project execution

Your Skills And Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst or similar role
• Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models. Basically, ChatGPT asks you to check queries
• Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too
• A results-driven mindset - you love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact
• Strong communication & collaboration skills - you can explain complex data in a simple way and work well with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
• Extra points for: experience with Python or A/B testing experience

Compensation:
• Gross salary from 4000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills
