Data Analyst – Life Sciences (Remote)

We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Remote position. 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis and analytics engineering, preferably within the Clinical Research Organization domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data pipelines, BI tools and a solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, interpret, and transform data to actionable insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools like Power BI.

Develop KPIs and metrics based on business rules.

Ensure data governance, lineage, metadata management, parameterization, and version control.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to support data-driven decisions.

Apply hypothesis testing, data quality analysis, and statistical techniques to solve complex problems.

Work effectively in Agile delivery environments and navigate ambiguity.

Support compliance with regulated environments (GxP, ISO) and validation requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering.

Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with Python preferred.

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI.

Understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and feature pipelines.

Knowledge of data models (conceptual, logical, physical) and data architecture.

Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, ISO) and validation standards.

Clinical Research Organization experience is required. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Other Job Details:

Duration: 6 – 12 months with high possibility of extension.

Location: Remote 

Pay Rate: $68/hr. on C2C. or $60/hr. on W2.
