Interested in an internship that will make an immediate impact on a fast-growing startup airline? You're in luck! We are seeking a highly motivated individual working towards a quantitative degree to join Breeze’s Ancillary Revenue team in the summer of 2026. Within the Network Planning and Revenue Management department, the Data Analyst- Revenue Optimization intern will perform data analysis, develop economic models, and monitor industry dynamics to produce actionable insights that optimize ancillary revenue and drive guest retention and satisfaction. This role offers exposure to the full analytics lifecycle in an environment where insights directly inform business strategy. The ideal candidate will deliver high-impact work, accelerate their analytical skillset, and drive tangible impact on Breeze's bottom line.

Here's what you'll do

• Leverage descriptive data analytics to lead commercial business adjustments, highlighting revenue performance across routes, guest segments, and more.   

• Design, deploy, and analyze pricing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) on ancillary products to drive necessary pricing changes and/or develop applied economic models. 

• Utilize developed ancillary insights to meaningfully contribute to cross-department projects within Marketing, E-Commerce, Product Management, etc. 

• Bring new thinking to the growing revenue team, offering fresh perspectives on product ideation and mix. 

• Perform exploratory data analysis on the flying behavior of our guests, their spending patterns, and their satisfaction to drive guest-centric decision-making in collaboration with the Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Loyalty teams. 

• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the commercial aviation industry, namely within ancillary products, network, and loyalty. 

• Prepare and present various findings on all the above to commercial leadership through detailed reports and data visualizations. 

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Science, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Basic proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python/R for complex data manipulation and analysis

• Strong analytical mindset with intellectual curiosity and drive to solve complex business problems independently

• Excellent communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. 

• Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and a strong desire to deliver results. 

• Willingness to learn the facets of commercial aviation – no prior industry experience required! 

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience involving data analysis or business analytics

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc)
