We’re expanding our team within the gaming and gambling compliance space and are looking for data-driven professionals who want to work at the intersection of statistics, game mechanics, and regulatory compliance. This role offers the opportunity to analyse real-world systems, work with RNGs and game engines, and build expertise in a highly specialised and globally regulated industry.

Conduct game engine testing and analytical reviews across multiple game types and products
Perform Random Number Generator (RNG) reviews in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Execute Data Monitoring & Analysis (DMA) reviews, identifying trends, anomalies, and risks
Build, maintain, and enhance spreadsheet and statistical models to support testing and analysis
Analyse large datasets using Python and R to validate fairness and compliance
Prepare clear, structured reports on testing status, findings, and outcomes
Present results and insights to the Team Lead and wider compliance team
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Data Analysis
Strong, hands-on experience with Python and R
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modelling
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
High attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset
Interest in gaming systems, simulations, or regulated environments
