Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze business trends and performance using statistical tools and data visualization techniques.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement) to identify business opportunities and improve processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Create predictive models to support forecasting and demand planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in home appliances.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
