We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyze HR and business data, support resource planning, and ensure accurate data migration and cleansing activities.

Requirements:
• Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data management role.

• Hands-on experience with SAS or SAS-based products.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, data cleaning, and data validation processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage HR datasets, including skills and resource planning information.
• Good understanding of database concepts and data management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Work with SAS tools and SAS products for data extraction, processing, and reporting.
• Execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct data cleaning, validation, and transformation to maintain high-quality datasets.
• Manage bulk data import activities across systems and databases.
