About the role:

Are you ready to take on the challenge of building robust data solutions for cutting-edge Data & AI initiatives? As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that enable Data & AI models to deliver transformative insights. About your tasks:

• Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide analytical needs, including models supporting financial forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface both operational and financial KPIs, enabling real-time insight into business and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Controlling, and Business Operations to align analytics with strategic and financial objectives.
• Conduct in-depth financial and operational data analysis, identifying trends, tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadership
• Enhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex data into compelling narratives tailored to financial stakeholders.

About you: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with direct exposure to finance, controlling, or FP&A environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, with a strong understanding of financial data modeling and semantic layer optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, with proven capability in handling large datasets for financial analysis and reporting.
