We are looking for skilled and creative Data/Product Analysts to become part of our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding product strategy by leveraging data-driven insights and working closely with multiple teams to improve our data pipeline and product features.

• Shaping Product Direction
• Dive deep into existing data to uncover trends and spot exciting opportunities for new features and enhancements
• Craft and deploy advanced analytical models that steer our product strategy with precision
• Deliver insightful, data-driven recommendations that empower stakeholders and leadership to make confident decisions

• Mastering Data Analysis and Visualization
• Leverage sophisticated SQL techniques to tackle complex datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Build comprehensive reports and dynamic visualizations using cutting-edge tools like Redash
• Create and sustain intuitive dashboards that keep a pulse on critical performance metrics

• Gathering and Communicating Data Requirements
• Act as the go-to data expert during customer engagements, expertly resolving challenging data-related questions
• Translate complex technical insights into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences
• Partner closely with customer success teams to identify and swiftly address data concerns

• Enhancing Data Pipelines
• Collaborate with software developers to spot opportunities for improving our data pipeline
• Innovate and implement new data collection strategies that align with and boost our product initiatives
• Maintain rigorous standards to ensure data quality and integrity across the entire pipeline
