We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst/Senior Analytics Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience, as soon as possible

📌 Missions 📌
● Collaborate with teams to answer their analytics needs: answer their requests, enrich the dashboards, provide analyses to facilitate decision-making, etc.
● Become their primary point of contact, including for training and user support. Ensure project management across several functional areas.
● Ensure the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical assets for managed areas (code, datasets, executions).
● Be a major contributor to the teams codebase optimization (transformation: SQL/DBT in particular)
● Create and continuously improve rich and interactive visualizations by maximizing the potential of available tools.

● You have an engineering degree or a scientific background (Master's, PhD) in a
quantitative field: Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research.
● You master data analysis and deriving insights from complex datasets to support decision-making; you have expertise in data mining and statistical analysis
● You are proficient in creating clear, impactful visualizations and reports, and
communicating findings concisely and visually to stakeholders
● You can lead and unite cross-functional projects across multiple business teams
● You have strong expertise in SQL and DBT, solid experience in data modeling, andproven proficiency in Python.
● You have experience working with modern data stacks and using orchestration toolssuch as Mage or Airflow.
● You are proficient with Google Sheets and Excel
● You have a solution-oriented approach
● You are adaptable, driven by a desire to learn, and quickly train on new tools.
● You are humble and enjoy teamwork
● You have a minimum C1 level in English

● You are used to interacting and liaising with various stakeholders (commercial, finance, product, strategic project teams)
● You have experience with Salesforce.com data
● You have initial experience with medical data or in the healthcare field
● You have developed a strong interest in advanced data analysis and current topics: generative and real-time BI, for example
● You are looking for a scale-up/start-up environment where you can be versatile and take initiative
