Role and Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will design clear KPI frameworks, build reliable dashboards, and deliver performance reporting across our loan products and collections functions. You will monitor acquisition, conversion, repayment behaviour, and portfolio health to surface trends early, highlight commercial risks, and measure the impact of experiments, pricing updates, underwriting changes, and collections strategies. Your work will ensure decisions are grounded in accurate data and focused on sustainable growth.
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and compelling data stories for non technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and exploratory work
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, product, and engineering teams
• Familiarity with modern agentic AI tools and AI assisted workflows to improve productivity and analysis quality
• Comfortable with vibe coding practices and tools such as Claude and Cursor to accelerate development and problem solving
• Experience working with large datasets and building reliable reporting solutions
• Good understanding of data modelling and warehouse concepts
Good to have:
• Experience with DBT for data transformation and Airflow for workflow orchestration
• Experience in startups or fast paced environments
• Experience in a lending business
