Data Analyst - Base44

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving data-driven decisions for Base44. This high-impact, fast-paced role is focused on building a new product category, requiring a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Analyze large datasets to inform, influence, and support Base44 business decisions  
• Lead data and analytics initiatives, collaborating with teams across the company  
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring data accuracy and integrity  
• Create tools to streamline data processes and improve efficiency  
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and implement new ones  
• Perform detailed customer analyses, including churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, and customer value

• 3-5 years of experience as a data or product analyst  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Solid understanding of online business and customer behavior analysis  
• Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking abilities  
• Self-starter who can manage projects independently from start to finish  
• Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI  
• Advanced SQL skills and experience using AI tools for data analysis  
• Hands-on experience with designing and analyzing A/B tests  
• Advanced expertise in AI-driven problem-solving, including visualizations and web coding frameworks - an advantage
