What you’ll be doing

As a Data Analyst, you will be a core member of our highly strategic Growth Team. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making and optimising business processes by researching, analysing, and visualising data to drive impactful solutions. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive decision-making through data – Analyse complex datasets to guide strategic and operational decisions across the B2B funnel (Acquisition, Retention, Monetisation), with a strong focus on impact on core metrics such as LTV, ROI, and payback period.

• Unlock Actionable Insights – To deep-dive into complex datasets to identify main trends and patterns of our funnel (Acquisition, Retention, Monetisation). Focusing on our B2B customer base, where each decision is data-driven and can enhance north star metrics like LTV, ROI and payback period

• Create visualisations – To track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards, maps) for effective communication of analytical insights to stakeholders.

• Building analytic solutions – By modernising, standardising, and troubleshooting analytics tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of our data infrastructure. Not only interpreting the dataset but also being responsible for creating company-wide KPIs, rules and data products.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders - Act as a strategic partner for Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Finance. You will bridge the gap between technical data and business goals, translating complex analysis into clear, executive-level recommendations.

Who we’re looking for

We need a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting, you’ll fit right in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience – 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles.

• Strong analytical skills – You are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of analytical topics end-to-end, from problem framing to stakeholder adoption.

• Technical proficiency – Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimisation techniques for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

• Programming skills – Extensive knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation of analytical tasks.

• Data visualisation skills – Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools to create insightful and easily understandable data representations.
