Position Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, while delivering actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems.
• Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality checks.
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable way.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Tableau; familiarity with Looker is considered a plus.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Programming experience in Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
• Business acumen to connect data insights with strategic decisions.
