About the Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a high-impact Data Analyst to support multiple business functions with a strong focus on fleet compliance, operational performance, and cross-functional analytics. This role will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and improve decision-making across the organization.

You will play a critical role in improving data visibility, strengthening tech utilization, and translating findings into practical recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics capability with business acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing both structured reporting and ad hoc analytical requests.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

Fleet Compliance & Operational Analytics

• Analyze internal fleet compliance data including inspections, preventive maintenance, usage, and safety metrics.

• Monitor trends and identify risk areas related to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

• Partner with Fleet, Finance, and Operations leaders to develop dashboards and reporting that improve fleet visibility and accountability.

• Identify root causes of compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

• Support audit readiness through data validation, reporting, and documentation.

Cross-Functional Business Analysis

• Deliver actionable insights to support productivity, cost optimization, and operational performance.

• Build and maintain recurring performance dashboards for key stakeholders.

• Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives for leadership.

• Evaluate process efficiency and recommend data-driven improvements.

Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects

• Support high-priority ad hoc analyses for executive and functional leaders.

• Partner cross-functionally to support pilots, new initiatives, and technology adoption.

• Develop models and tools that enable self-service analytics where appropriate.

Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting datasets.

• Identify gaps in data capture and partner with stakeholders to improve data quality.

• Document business logic, definitions, and reporting standards.

• Promote best practices in data utilization across the organization.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational analytics.

• Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python).

• Advanced proficiency with Excel including advanced formulas and data modeling.

• Demonstrated experience translating data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operational leaders and present insights clearly.

• Experience supporting fast-paced operational or field service environments preferred.
