Role Overview

TW Logistics Data and Analytics team is responsible for domains closely related to the delivery process after shipment, including the delivery network, delivery status, and delivery personnel. To support this, the team handles the entire end-to-end spectrum, including data cleansing, simulation, pre- and post-project impact analysis, data mart design, development and optimization, and report development.

What You Will Do:

• KPI Definition and Reporting: Define and track KPI metrics, create and manage business reports, collaborate with multiple teams to uncover high-level insights, and present findings to key stakeholders and executives.

• Operational Reporting and Insights: Responsible for reporting and insights from an operational perspective, including building and analyzing business data to provide actionable insights.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Program Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

• Project Simulation and Insight Generation: Lead data simulations for new projects, providing thorough and accurate data-driven insights to support rational business decision-making.

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ working experience in SQL and data analytics.

• Processes extensive skills in SQL and a wide range of data visualization tools.

• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto, and Airflow.

• Proficiency in Mandarin

• Attention to the detail with ability to validate data, identify data flaws, and create analytical reports.

• Great ability to think critically and solve nonstructural problems.

• The ability to take work into your own hands with a sense of responsibility and exercise judgment to act in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills to share analysis results in clear and concise manners.

• Middle level English skills (both verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong English skills (both verbal and written)

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• Analytical Skills : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling unstructured problems. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Initiative & Ownership : Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility. Capable of prioritizing tasks and making sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, or other statistical software/tools.

• Communication: Able to clearly communicate analytical insights and collaborate effectively across teams.
