We are seeking a skilled professional with a background in business intelligence development and predictive analytics and an eye for elegant UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Development & Data Analytics

Develop clean and compact ETL pipelines using SQL, PowerQuery (M), and DAX to support nimble data modeling.

Design, build, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for various business units.

Optimize datasets, query folding, relationships, and incremental refresh strategies.

Troubleshoot and fix existing reports while improving performance and usability.

Train business users in effective report usage and self-service analytics.

API and Data Flows

Manage data imports, transformations, and integrations between ERP, HR, Task Tracking, and Time Tracking.

Leverage Microsoft LogicApps and Azure Data Factory to integrate data across platforms.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Power BI expertise

Robust knowledge of SQL, M, DAX and HTML.

Experience building data models, managing relationships, and implementing best practices for report performance.

Strong anticipatory problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and interdepartmentally with accounting, operations, and business stakeholders.

Can translate what people say into what they really need.

Can see the big picture and the details simultaneously.

A listen first, talk second mindset.
