As a Data & AI Strategy Manager, you will take ownership of client projects, lead teams, and inspire stakeholders to turn data & AI into measurable impact.

Your responsibilities

As a Data & AI Strategy Manager, you will:

• Lead client engagements on data & AI use cases selection and roadmap, strategic execution and related teams operating models.

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (up to C-level) to clarify business challenges and identify high-value use cases.

• Guide and mentor consultants.

• Translate complex analytics and AI concepts into clear business strategies, unlocking value cases, or bringing them to the next level.

• Shape operating models for Data & AI organizations, balancing centralization and decentralization to maximize value.

• Ensure value realization by tracking business outcomes in data & AI execution.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively bring fresh insights to clients and colleagues.

• Take the lead to develop sub-domains within Datashift strategy, both in content and in business development.
