Role

As a Data & AI Strategist, you will support Visium’s strategy team to provide tactical recommendations to its clients, with the greatest degree of excellence. As such, you will create and deploy outstanding Data & AI strategies by being part of our daily client consulting projects.

As part of your role, you'll:

• Support the development and implementation of data strategies and data management initiatives for clients.
• Assist in defining data governance frameworks, data operating models, and data management processes.
• Help analyze business requirements and translate them into data, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve business processes using data.
• Analyze datasets and create dashboards or visualizations to help communicate insights to clients.
• Assist in preparing client-facing reports and presentations with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Conduct research on data, analytics, and AI trends and share findings with the project team.
• Collaborate with internal Visium teams to support project delivery and ensure alignment.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:

• 2+ years of experience in data strategy or data management, and management consulting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and pragmatically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A curious and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to explore how AI can drive innovation and impact.
• Fluent in English and in French are required for this position.
