Our AI Strategy team supports our customers in designing and implementing their data & AI strategy. In doing so, we always pursue the goal of enabling the full potential of data, data science and AI. Working closely with our clients, we take on a wide variety of strategic challenges, from the initial determination of the AI maturity level and the formulation of the data & AI strategy to the development and implementation of new operating models.

Your tasks:
Focus: development of data and AI strategies for clients

• You support our clients in strategically leveraging AI and data — with a focus on business, strategy, and conceptual consulting rather than technical development
• Together with the team, you develop ideas and solutions related to AI strategies, use-case identification, operating models, data culture, project management, and technological fundamentals
• You lead workshops on topics such as data and AI strategy, AI platforms, or use-case prioritization, actively contributing to shaping the future of our clients
• You help develop new consulting formats and services and identify relevant future topics in the field of AI.
• You create high-quality content, presentations, and materials for internal project work as well as for sales purposes
• With growing experience, you will quickly take on responsibility for your own (sub-)projects

Your profile:
• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business, computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a comparable field.
• Experience with AI, data, or data-driven business models is a strong advantage.
• You have gained 1–2 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or in a comparable role within a corporate environment.
• You quickly recognize connections, structure problems, and develop creative solutions.
• You communicate complex topics clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the audience.
• You bring excellent German and English skills as well as a high degree of customer orientation and teamwork.
• You are willing to undertake occasional business travel.

This role requires verified German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
