Dashboard and Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented Dashboard and Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and insightful dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and present your findings using data visualization tools.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

2. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions.

4. Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy in reports and dashboards.

5. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

6. Create and maintain documentation related to dashboard development and data sources.

7. Continuously improve dashboard performance and usability based on user feedback.

8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.

- Experience with data preparation and cleansing techniques.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis (optional).

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

2. 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
