Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Danish Speaking Roadside Assistance Representative for a prestigious luxury car brand in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to Danish-speaking customers experiencing vehicle issues, ensuring they receive the high standard of service that is synonymous with luxury brands.

Your fluency in Danish will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and provide timely and accurate information regarding roadside assistance services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction as they navigate unexpected challenges on the road.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding roadside assistance support in Danish via phone and chat for luxury car brand customers
• Quickly assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions for vehicle-related issues
• Coordinate with towing services, repair shops, and other vendors to facilitate timely assistance
• Document customer interactions and service requests accurately in our CRM system
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay informed about the luxury car brand's vehicle lineup and service offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle stressful situations
• Experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred
• Able to multitask and think quickly to provide efficient solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Genuine interest in luxury vehicles and a passion for helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
