Danish-Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist: Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

In this role, you will support Danish-speaking Fitbit customers by resolving their product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance their experience with Fitbit devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit products
• Assist customers with product usage and features
• Document interactions accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach throughout all interactions

Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance preferred
• Interest in fitness technology and health is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Team player with the capacity to work independently when required
• Familiarity with customer support platforms is advantageous
