Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Streaming TV Services Department, based in Greece! In this important role, you will be the voice for our Danish-speaking clients, delivering outstanding support and assistance related to their streaming services. Your proficiency in Danish will ensure clear communication and a positive experience for our customers.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and technology, and who thrive in a customer-centric environment. You will work closely with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their experience with our streaming services.
Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Danish through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding their streaming services, subscriptions, and content availability
• Document client interactions and resolutions in our customer management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex customer issues
• Supply clients with information about features and best practices for using our services
• Gather user feedback to aid in service improvement
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on product offerings and technical knowledge
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service
• Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and technology
