Danish Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department located in Greece! In this role, you will be the face of our customer support team, assisting Danish-speaking users with inquiries and issues related to our ride-sharing services. Your language skills will enable you to provide clear and effective support to our clients in their native language.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with questions about the ride-sharing app, booking processes, and payment issues
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide information on app features and updates to enhance user experience
• Gather feedback from users to help improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on app functionalities and best practices

Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the tech or ride-sharing sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to delivering high-quality customer service
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support technologies and tools is a plus
