In this important role, you will be the key point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients, providing them with top-tier support as they navigate our mobile banking services. Your proficiency in Danish will be essential in ensuring an excellent customer experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Danish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to mobile banking features and services
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex client issues
• Guide clients on best practices for using the mobile banking platform
• Collect and relay user feedback to help improve our services
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about service updates and enhancements

Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and banking applications
