Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department, based in Greece! In this essential role, you will be the main contact for our Danish-speaking clients, providing outstanding support and assistance with their logistics needs.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and documentation
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our customer management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client challenges
• Provide detailed information about logistics processes and options available
• Collect client feedback to drive service improvements
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our services and tools
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach towards client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support systems and technologies
