In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients, providing expert assistance on insurance inquiries and claims processes. Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Danish through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding automotive insurance policies and claims
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the processing of claims
• Provide detailed information on policy options and claim procedures
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and offerings
• Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the insurance or automotive sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
