In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to wealth management services and financial products.
Your fluency in Danish will be crucial as you address questions, provide detailed information about investment opportunities, and guide clients through their services. Your exceptional customer service skills will help foster trust and build long-lasting relationships with our clients in the wealth management sector.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat regarding wealth management services
• Assist clients with inquiries about their accounts, investment options, and financial strategies
• Provide guidance on product offerings and help clients navigate the wealth management process
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with financial advisors to resolve complex inquiries and enhance client experiences
• Gather feedback from clients to inform service improvement initiatives
• Stay informed about market trends and changes in the wealth management industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and a strong understanding of financial products
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in finance or wealth management, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries effectively and efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
