Mercier Consultancy is excited to present an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Stock Trading App. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our stock trading platform and helping them navigate the world of online trading.
Your fluency in Danish will be crucial for delivering clear and effective assistance as you help clients with account management, trading inquiries, and technical support. By offering high-quality service, you will play a vital role in enhancing user satisfaction and contributing to the success of our stock trading app.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding stock trading inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, trading processes, and navigating the trading platform
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve user experience
• Gather feedback from customers to continuously enhance our services and platform offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends in stock trading and financial markets
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for financial markets
• Experience in customer service, particularly in finance, trading, or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Genuine interest in stock trading and helping customers succeed
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
