Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Sports Equipment Department, based in Greece. In this engaging entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sports equipment and related services.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential in helping clients with product information, order management, and addressing any concerns related to their sports equipment purchases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting an active lifestyle through high-quality service.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat regarding sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product details, availability, and order processing
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and services
• Stay informed about sports equipment trends and promotions to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sports
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in retail or sports, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in sports and helping customers find the right equipment
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
