Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Real Estate Platform, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to property listings, transactions, and navigating our online platform.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you engage with clients, helping them understand property details, assist with their requests, and resolve any issues they may encounter during their search for real estate. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building trust within our real estate community.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat regarding real estate inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding property listings, providing additional information as needed
• Handle inquiries about the buying, selling, and rental process efficiently
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure seamless service and communication
• Gather customer feedback to improve our platform and real estate services
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and property offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in real estate or property management, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in real estate and helping clients find their ideal properties
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
