Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Property Management Company. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to property management services, tenant relations, and real estate issues.
Your fluency in Danish will be crucial in ensuring that customers receive clear and effective assistance, whether they are looking for information about services, addressing concerns, or navigating property-related queries.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat regarding property management inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about services, property listings, and tenant management
• Effectively handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient resolution of property-related issues
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services and offerings
• Stay updated on property management trends and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the property management or real estate sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide prompt, effective solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in property management and a commitment to excellent customer care
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
