Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative on our Client's Investment Platform, based in beautiful Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our investment services and platform functionalities.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you help clients navigate the investment platform, addressing their questions and resolving any issues that may arise. By providing high-quality customer service, you will contribute to a positive user experience and encourage client engagement in their investment journeys.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer support in Danish through phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to the investment platform
• Assist clients with account setup, deposits, transactions, and withdrawals
• Provide clear information about investment products and related services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform functionality and the customer experience
• Stay informed about market trends to offer relevant advice and guidance to customers
Requirements:
• Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in customer service, particularly in finance, investments, or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in investment markets and a passion for assisting clients in achieving their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial
