Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's iGaming company, with the exciting prospect of working in Greece. In this engaging role, you will provide outstanding support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to online gaming and entertainment.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you guide clients through their gaming experiences, helping them with account management, game inquiries, and any issues they may encounter. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our client's reputation in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat for all iGaming inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, game selections, and promotions
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our gaming offerings and services
• Stay informed about industry trends and promotions within the iGaming sector
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for online gaming
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in gaming and eagerness to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
