Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Government Services Platform. In this integral role, you will provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding various government services and programs.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you guide clients through the complexities of government processes, help them access the services they need, and address any concerns they may have. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient assistance, thereby enhancing their overall experience with government services.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding government services
• Assist customers in navigating online platforms and accessing necessary documents and information
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in service offerings
• Stay informed about government policies and procedures relevant to customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in government or public services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in helping others and contributing to public service
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
