Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Electric Vehicle Manufacturer. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about electric vehicles, services, and related technology.
Your fluency in Danish will enable you to effectively engage with customers, addressing their questions about vehicle features, order status, and service appointments, while embodying our commitment to sustainability and innovation in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Danish through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding electric vehicle inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle specifications, services, and the electric vehicle ownership experience
• Handle order processing, service appointments, and general inquiries professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Gather feedback to continuously improve customer experiences and services
• Stay updated on the latest electric vehicle technologies and company offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to solve problems effectively
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or technology sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide efficient solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A genuine interest in electric vehicles and sustainable transportation
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
