Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Cryptocurrency Exchange team, based in Greece. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to cryptocurrency trading and platform functionalities.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you help clients navigate the world of cryptocurrency, answering questions about account management, trading processes, and security measures. Your role will be pivotal in fostering customer confidence and satisfaction in our cutting-edge exchange platform.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding cryptocurrency-related inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, trading operations, and troubleshooting issues
• Help clients understand the features and benefits of the cryptocurrency platform
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance user experience
• Gather and relay customer feedback to continually improve our services and offerings
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency trends and regulatory changes
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and finance
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in finance or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and eagerness to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
