Mercier Consultancy is delighted to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Airline Reservations Department, based in Greece. In this impactful entry-level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to airline reservations and travel arrangements.
Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you help clients navigate flight options, booking processes, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations
• Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and providing itinerary details
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel plans and bookings promptly
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of reservations
• Gather feedback to help improve our services and customer experiences
• Stay informed about travel regulations, airline policies, and industry trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in travel and helping customers plan their journeys
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
