Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative with our Client, a leading AI & Technology company, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about innovative AI solutions and technology products.
Your fluency in Danish will be crucial as you help clients navigate their questions, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience with cutting-edge technology. As part of a talented team, you will be instrumental in promoting client satisfaction and loyalty within the rapidly evolving tech sector.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat for AI and technology-related inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to address complex customer issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and technology to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in technology or software, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in AI and technology, passionate about supporting customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
