In this vital role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that our clients’ social media platforms remain safe, engaging, and aligned with community standards. Your fluency in Danish will enable you to connect with our audience effectively and manage diverse content responsively.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating user-generated content, interacting with users, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. With your critical thinking abilities and keen attention to detail, you will help prevent the spread of inappropriate content while fostering a positive online environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in Danish
• Review content submissions to ensure they meet community guidelines and uphold brand values
• Engage with users through comments and messages, promptly addressing questions and concerns
• Identify and report any inappropriate behavior or content within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to promote positive user engagement
• Analyze user feedback to improve moderation practices and content strategies
• Stay updated on current social media trends and effective moderation techniques

Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is desirable
• A genuine enthusiasm for social media and a commitment to building positive online communities
