Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Danish Player Support Specialist to join our vibrant gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will serve as the primary support resource for our Danish-speaking gaming community, delivering top-notch assistance and enhancing player experiences.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will respond to players' inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and ensure that our players feel valued and supported. We are searching for individuals who are not only passionate about gaming but also possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage meaningfully with our players.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking players through email, chat, and social media platforms
• Address technical issues, gameplay questions, and account management inquiries
• Log and manage customer interactions in our support database accurately
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex player issues effectively
• Collect player feedback to share with the development team for insights into player needs
• Help foster a positive and enthusiastic gaming community
• Keep abreast of the latest gaming trends and updates relevant to our offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in player support or a customer-facing role is advantageous
• A deep passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with customer support systems and gaming platforms is a bonus
