Your Role as a Customer Support Agent: As a Customer Support Specialist , you will: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email Provide accurate information regarding bookings, rebookings, and cancellations (air, rail, hotel, and more) Find tailored solutions to ensure smooth and enjoyable journeys for customers
Requirements: Fluency in Danish Good command of English (spoken and written) A flexible, dynamic, and customer-focused attitude
