Daily Worker - Pool Maintenance

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.

• Monitor and maintain correct chemical levels in pool water (pH, chlorine, etc.) to ensure guest safety and compliance with health standards.

• Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and dosing systems.

• Keep poolside areas clean and safe by removing debris and checking for hazards.

• Report any issues or needed repairs to the Engineering Supervisor promptly.

• Ensure compliance with resort standards and safety regulations at all times.

• Assist with any special cleaning or maintenance requests as directed.

• Proven experience in pool cleaning and water treatment (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Basic knowledge of pool chemicals and equipment operation.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Attention to detail and high awareness of safety and hygiene standards.

• Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
