• Définir et piloter la stratégie financière & budgétaire
• Superviser comptabilité, trésorerie, fiscalité et clôtures
• Produire des analyses et reportings pour éclairer les décisions
• Garantir conformité légale et contrôle interne
• Manager et développer l’équipe Finance
• Optimiser la rentabilité de chaque département

• Bac+3/5 Finance/ Gestion/ Comptabilité
• 5 ans minimum d’expérience en finance hôtelière
• Solides compétences en contrôle de gestion & analyse financière
• Excellente maîtrise de Excel et BI
• Sage & Opéra appréciés
• Anglais professionnel

• Poste stratégique avec forte autonomie
• Membre du Comité Exécutif
