Deine Rolle

Als Werkstudent Instandhaltung (all genders) sorgst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team dafür, dass unsere Kochboxen sicher, pünktlich und unversehrt auf unserer automatisierten Förderanlage verpackt werden. Zudem bist Du in verschiedene Projekte eingebunden, welche das Ziel haben, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du hilfst bei der Definition von Standards und der Erstellung von Dokumentationen

• Du erarbeitet gemeinsam mit dem Team Schulungskonzepte für den Bereich der Instandhaltung

• Du beteiligst Dich an verschiedenen Prozessimplementierungen und -optimierungen

• Du bringst Dich bei der Festlegung von Notfall-, Reaktions-, Leiterplänen und Erreichbarkeitsprüfungen ein

• Du planst Workshops für unsere Verbesserungsprojekte (KVP) z.B. in Bezug auf die 5S-Einführung, das Werkstattlayout, Werkzeughandling, die Budgetprüfung und Bestellung

Dein Profil

• Idealerweise besitzt Du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im Maschinenbau mit

• Du bist in einem Studiengang mit relevantem Schwerpunkt, wie z.B. Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Engineering oder vergleichbar eingeschrieben

• Du bist zuverlässig, pünktlich und arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst

• Du bringst großes Interesse am Thema Industrie 4.0 mit und hast Lust darauf diese mitzugestalten

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und/oder Englisch (eine der beiden Sprachen mind. auf C1 Niveau, die jeweils andere mind. auf B2 Niveau)
