TITLE:                                                Senior Full-Stack Developer / Architect

OBJECTIVES:                                                                                                                                     

Eurofins is currently accelerating the deployment of D365 Finance ERP across its ELEs. The objective of this position is to join the Eurofins’s Development team in charge of developing features/integration for the D365 Finance ERP in Group Finance IT team. Your role, as an expert, will be to develop software and insure all developments delivered by the team meets the Eurofins quality standards.

The main technologies at the game are Angular + .NET Core + Azure (AKS). The applied organizational methodology is Scrum.

Within Eurofins Group Finance IT team, you will join a team consisting of multiple Developers, Business Analysts etc. in India and in Europe. You should be highly experienced full-stack architect/developer who can design, develop, and implement web applications from scratch and help us establish an internal web development practice. You must have proven experience building multiple systems end-to-end, strong architectural skills, and the ability to coach and upskill our GFIT team. You are expected to contribute to building a modern SPA web application. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Specific Assignments:

Design the architecture of new web solutions (SPA + API + database).

Full-stack development across frontend, backend, database, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.

Design and implement modular architecture, APIs, and application layers.

Establish development and DevOps processes: Git branching strategy, CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, automated testing.

Mentor and train the internal technical team on best practices (.NET, Angular, Azure, Docker, security, architecture).

Implement secure-by-design principles, performance optimization, monitoring, and logging.

Support and operate solutions running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Ensuring the good quality (robustness, maintainability, operability, performances) of the development is done by you through all necessary and efficient good practices (peer-review, definition of done, refactoring, code test coverage control). The delivered code should meet necessary functional evaluation expectations.

Make the team grow in terms of expertise, autonomy and efficiency (coaching, pair programming etc.).

Help the team with any technical questions with your expertise and help them grow in terms of expertise, autonomy and efficiency etc.

Develop working relationships within the GFIT team (Product Owner, Business Analysts, support agents, testing & deployment staff).

Collaboration with RFIT/LFIT Support teams (if needed)

Support development of complex configuration elements such as Scripts, Reports or SQL procedures.

Technical reference and diagnosis in case of urgent incidents or intractable Bugs

 

                   

Required Skills & Experience: 

Experience:

You own a Bachelor’s degree

You have around 7 to 10+ years of experience in web application development.

Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end systems (architecture → development → production).

Technology skills:

Strong understanding of core software engineering principles: system and solution architecture, design patterns, SOLID DDD, database design and optimization, modern API design and security

Backend: .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server

Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS

UI Frameworks: PrimeNG, Tailwind, or similar modern UI frameworks

Cloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, Docker, AKS, Terraform

Tooling: Node.js, Git, Git branching strategies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD

Testing: xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Jest, mocking frameworks

Strong understanding of IT security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, API security).

Personal Skills:
