Job Title: D365 Finance Functional Consultant

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Pune and Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented D365 Finance Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance modules and a keen interest in AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on digital transformation initiatives and be trained in cutting-edge AI tools to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes.
• Configure and customize D365 FO Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.).
• Participate in solution design, documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers.
• Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
• Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap for D365 and Copilot features.
• Participate in AI and Copilot training programs to integrate intelligent automation into finance workflows.
• Assist in identifying use cases for AI-driven enhancements in financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in D365 FO Finance implementation/support.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Exposure to or interest in AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or OpenAI.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and get certified in AI and Copilot technologies.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (optional but preferred)
• Any Copilot or AI-related training/certification (can be pursued post-joining)
