Are you passionate about cloud ERP solutions? Do you have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations suite?

We are looking for a passionate and personable D365 Finance Functional Architect for our Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver branch to design, architect and implement solutions with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)! Utilizing your deep and expert knowledge in finance processes, you understand client requirements through strong business and technical consulting skills and are well versed in optimizing Dynamics 365 implementations. You favor change management over customization and can enroll customer user groups in the opportunity that comes from a cloud ERP. You will work directly with sales and delivery leaders to support solution direction and quotes.

A Day in the Life::
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders including clients, Business Analysts, Developers, and other Architects, to define customer solutions, and deliver engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements
• Design and implement D365 F&O solutions to solve client requirements and challenges
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required
• Meet with clients to determine needs and/or identify problem areas
• Support development of estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals which outline professional services required to meet client requirements
• Analyze complex requirements and develop IT strategies and multi-technology solutions that are aligned with industry-accepted best practices
• Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to Dynamics 365 FO
• Focus on best practices for organizational change management
• Follow Agile best practices using DevOps including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks
• Create relevant documentation as required including conceptual design, logical and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information

What You Bring::
• 5+ years of industry experience working in finance as either a consultant or SME
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 FO and/or Dynamics AX Finance Modules
• 3+ years of experience with Agile frameworks
• Proven skills or experience as a business analyst
• Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation
• Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise
