D365 F&O Functional Consultant SCM (f/m/d)

Enpal operates a complex physical supply chain. As a D365 F&O Functional Consultant SCM, you are the hands-on expert keeping that supply chain grounded in reliable, well-configured ERP processes. You configure and optimize D365FO's SCM modules, embed them into how procurement, logistics, and inventory work at Enpal, and make sure the people using the system can use it well. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and configure D365FO SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Production, Master planning).  
• Ensure ERP workflows reflect Enpal’s real supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery. 
• Design, document, implement, and optimize SCM modules aligned with business goals and D365FO standards.  
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.  
• Maintain process documentation, configuration standards, and training materials.  
• Lead testing, training, and user enablement to ensure smooth adoption.  
• Drive integrations with related systems (CRM, supplier portals, warehouse tools) for seamless data flow.  
• Proactively identify and resolve functional issues, ensuring continuous process improvement.  
• Support change control and release management, maintaining ERP stability during rollouts. 

• Strong, hands-on experience with D365FO or Dynamics AX, especially in SCM modules.  
• Proven end-to-end ERP project experience - from design to rollout and support.  
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes across procurement, logistics, inventory, and production.  
• Skilled in ERP configuration, customization, Master data management, Solution documentation and integration within operational environments.  
• Comfortable working in agile delivery environments, managing work through tools like Azure DevOps and Jira as part of a structured engineering team. 
• Able to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.  
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and pragmatic in delivery.  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
